Thanks for visiting. You might want to know who we are, so let me introduce you to Anime Onsen and the members who are keeping this site up to date.
Anime Onsen:
The site was launched by “Otaku”. Otaku is the nickname of the mastermind behind Anime Onsen. Otaku is a Japanese term and it usually refers to people who loves anime and manga very much. They are extreme fans! In Japan the term is often used to describe negative stereotypes(someone with no social life, no love etc), but in the Western countries the term is often misunderstood. They don’t think otaku is something negative, just a sub-culture.
What otaku is Otaku? I’m neither an otaku(the no social life type) nor a hikikomori. I’m just a big fan of anime and manga, nothing more, nothing less. My other hobbies are webdesign, Ubuntu Linux, hardware and computers in general, so one day I decided to make a blog for my anime and manga passion. It’s a website about anything anime or manga related.
Why the name Anime Onsen? Sorry, I really don’t remember why….lol
Are you male or female? Well, I like ecchi!
Are you Japanese? No, I’m from soul society!
How does this site work? It should be easy to use, if you know how to browse a blog.
Are you making money with this website? If you expect me to become rich from this website…no way! Those ads and affiliate programs are just for covering the server costs. It probably won’t even work very well. We’re not sponsored by a company or something like that. But we would really appreciate it, if that would happen.

Our goal is to provide readers with interesting information and we also would like to become one of the top anime blogs on the Internet.
