Anime Onsen, your source for ecchi anime, manga and otakuism!
An international anime blog and online community managed by the great "Otaku" who started this website since 2010.
Nowadays we have fans from all over the world, people who are in love with anime, manga and the
Japanese pop culture in general. We write articles about many topics, like cosplay, pvc figures and video
games for example. Otaku usually adds a little ecchi content to every article, that is just one of our habits.
Otaku is not the only writer at AnimeOnsen, in other words everyone can join our team or become a writer for free.
Some like to write about their favorite gravure idol or maybe a hentai serie that they have been watching lately.
Feel free to drop us a message in case you would like to join our team.
Anime Onsen does not stream, share or host any anime episodes or manga chapters. We love anime, we love mangaka and we
respect the industry! Anime Onsen is not like those losers out there! Losers who steal fansubs and advertise with
"read manga online" or "watch anime online", not even mentioning copyright related issues!

Anime is getting more and more popular here in the Netherlands thanks to all the conventions here! Tsunacon 2012 was hold in a different location this year and we were very curious how they would organize it in Rotterdam. The anime event itself was not larger than before, but the huge building made it more comfortable to visit.

What happens when cosplay goes wrong with animal lovers? The answer is bunnies, cats, sheeps, cows, foxes and many more creatures cosplayed by girls. Today I am going to share some of those cute cosplay videos from gravure and cosplay idols with you. Again it is time for pretty usagi girls

I just came back from MGC Experience, a very small convention in Utrecht. Usually I write a review about the conventions here in the Netherlands. However this review is a little difficult, eeeuhh… let’s start with the name MGC Experience. What does MGC stands for? Actually I have no idea and I cannot even find it on their website. Maybe it is somewhere shown on their website, but I haven’t found it yet.

I just came back from Abunai at Veldhoven and it was a great day. I visited the con with some friends and it was really cool. We didn’t have interests in the events and workshops, we just walked around and spent most of the time in the gaming room. I didn’t buy much stuff this time, but the product variety was better than usually.

“If you are dressed as Sasuke it doesn’t mean that you are a real ninja!” a quote I copied from a motivation picture. You may think it is funny, but in reality some otaku do think that they ARE their favorite character, they dress and act not only at conventions, but also in all public places. How far is too far?

This was my second time visiting Tsunacon 2011 in Sliedrecht at the Lockhorst building. Not the largest convention here in Holland, but it is certainly a well known one. They are not as experienced as other conventions, but let’s see what was good and maybe not so good about the anime convention.

Cosplay has always been very popular in our society, but it seems that there are also enthusiastic cosplayers in the animal world. I Googled and found some lovely dogs and cats in costumes. It seems that some dogs and cats really enjoy cosplay, so do you think pets like anime and reading manga too? Feel free to comment.

Abunai 2010 was so f*cking awesome, it is probably one of the best and largest cons in the Netherlands. I was there on Saturday together with my friends who didn’t know each other, but I am happy that they were getting along. We were right on time at the convention, all thanks to me (the driver), an overloaded car and “almost perfect” navigation skills.

In the previous lesson I wrote about cosplay. This time let’s discuss the categories of cosplay. I’ve told you about the categories: the awesome ones, evil ones, weird ones, losers and the just for fun. In this article I’ll stick to the first group.

I’m finally back from Chibicon, so how was my day? Well there were a lot of people at the convention and we spent almost half an hour outside in the goddamn sun, but we made good use of this situation by taking pictures of some very seductive cosplayers, especially my friend Li*m couldn’t pass this opportunity.
