Queen’s blade, Captain Liliana photoshoot

During Tsunacon convention I bought this cute pvc figure, Captain Liliana (キャプテン・リリアナ) from Queen’s blade Rebellion! This anime figure is just great and I decided to do a photoshoot using my brand new Canon EOS 550D combined with the standard kitlens. I like her pirate costume very much, but of course you can “cast-off” this figurine.

Forget about the sexy part, because I will do that in another photoshoot with a light tent (currently waiting for the delivery). Did I already mention that those mods at Flickr flagged my account as “moderate” That means my photos are invisible for people who aren’t logged in or invisible for people with safe view settings. Also I can’t share my photos with most groups and that really sucks. My Maid Bride photos were probably too sexy for some loser out there, so he decided to complain!

I am still a beginner in using a DSLR, but I think I have talent choosing compositions and my objects Smile I have great ideas in my head like bokeh experiments and macro filters. Unfortunately a macro lens is really too expensive for me at the moment, that is why I will try macro filters first. Those filters are usually sold for 20-40 euros. What do you think of my photo skills and what about Captain Liliana from Queen’s blade rebellion?
